Months after the end of the Mechanist’s siege, the city of New Canton welcomes a steady stream of reawakened Stormforged. The once-forgotten machines are well and truly settling back into Falkirk.
When a strange, melodic transmission reaches Altrameda, she cannot decrypt it, and neither can the rest of the Council; all they know is that the signal comes from across the sea. An expedition departs. The Tempest’s Break makes an unprecedented journey for unknown shores.

As the last Preserver of the Stormforged, Altrameda believes she has a singular purpose: to end the Gloaming War before it resumes in earnest.
